Think of me as your fellow health and happiness junkie. But the loaded question, how do we achieve that with ease in the craziness of life?

Those inspirational stories of someone who completely redesigned their lifestyle in what seems “overnight”, usually includes them climbing to the top of a mountain to find themselves again. I don’t know about you, but that wasn’t an option for me.

I began redesigning my lifestyle in the whirlwind of time that all started with a spinal cord lesion. A whole lot of life happened including becoming a mama (after being told that may not be an option). In the chaos of adding all three of my littles, being a wife, moving to a new state and building a new community, career changes, and so much more, I was determined to still reach the lifestyle I dreamed of for me and my family.

However, that determination was mixed with a large amount of trial and error as I discovered exactly what that looked like.

The long story of this journey will be scattered throughout this platform. But for now, overtime I created The Conscious Living Approach to support those who are like me. The ones who crave change but don’t know where to start. The ones who have been stuck in a vicious dieting or exercise cycle because they think that will fix what feels broken (spoiler alert, that was me).

This platform was created to give a safe space for those who find it. The ones who want to begin taking small steps to catch positive momentum in their life. The Conscious Living Approach consists of making slight tweaks and small pivots towards your dream lifestyle. The amazing part: this is an APPROACH, not a one-size fits all plan.

My intentions are to share my journey and things I have tried as a way to give you ideas of things to try, tweak it to fit your needs, or to spark an idea of something else to try.

I by no means have this all figured out but I am right here willing to learn alongside you.

The Conscious Living Approach in a nutshell:

Tier One: All about YOU. With these three things and focusing on what allows you to FEEL your best, you’ll be amazed by the transformation you will experience.

Tier Two: Once you are showing up for YOU, you will have a larger capacity to show up in the other areas in your life in the way you desire.
